Faceless Shorts maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services and products offered through our platform. Due to the nature of our AI-powered video generation service and the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all purchases including, but not limited to: subscription plans, credit packages, one-time payments, and any other services offered through Faceless Shorts.
2. Reasons for No Refund Policy
2.1 Digital Nature of Services
Our services involve the use of digital resources, AI processing power, and third-party API integrations that incur immediate costs to us. Once you initiate a video generation or use our AI services, resources are consumed and cannot be recovered.
2.2 AI Processing Costs
Video generation requires significant computational resources including:
- AI model inference costs for script generation, image creation, and voice synthesis
- Cloud computing resources for video rendering
- Third-party API calls to AI providers (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Storage and bandwidth costs for media hosting
These costs are incurred immediately upon service use and cannot be recovered.
2.3 Instant Delivery
Our services are delivered instantly upon purchase or credit usage. Unlike physical goods that can be returned, digital services and credits cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or used.
2.4 Prevention of Abuse
The no-refund policy helps prevent service abuse, including users consuming resources and then requesting refunds, which would be unfair to legitimate users and unsustainable for our business.
3. What This Policy Covers
3.1 Subscription Plans
All subscription plans (monthly and yearly) are non-refundable, including:

4. Exceptions

- Failure to Cancel: Charges that occur because you forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal
- Partial Usage: Using some credits or services and then requesting a refund for the remainder
- Account Issues: Inability to access your account due to forgotten credentials (we can help you recover access)
- Third-Party Issues: Problems with third-party services outside our control
- Account Suspensions: Credits or services used before account suspension due to Terms violations
6. Subscription Cancellation
6.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation:
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
- You retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- Any unused credits will remain in your account according to our credit policy
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period
6.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the same cancellation terms apply. You can cancel to prevent future renewal, but no pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the annual term.
6.3 Credit Expiration
Upon subscription cancellation, any remaining credits in your account will remain available for use according to our credit retention policy. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active, even without an active subscription.
7. Chargebacks

Promotional credits, bonus credits, or free credits provided through special offers are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
